Phase: Ren Bo solo exhibition (ended 07.01.2017)

“Phase” has many meanings, especially in scientific terms. Any changes that present periodic characteristics, continuous or discrete, overall or partial, in essence are the projection of circular motion. In the cycle of life, birth and death are part of an endless circle.

The unbearable acceleration of the surrounding world of signs and info-stimulation in our time produces panic and this panicked acceleration deactivates desire resulting in pandemic depression, anxiety and loss. 

In order to give a different meaning and direction to the quest of innovation and progress. Ren Bo’s practice, with its silent shine, tries to build and share a sense, a view and a common rhythm to resist without compromise.
